Bear Me
(Once upon a time, there lived a little bear…)
Grizzle me, grizzle me
Scare me, big bear.
Wake me, awake me
But don’t drag me there!
Not to your cave
Where you eat little children
And rip their bones
To the bare
Not to the woods
Where you kill mighty hunters
When they loose the tracks
To your lair
Not to the river
Where you drown young ladys
Before their lovers
Declare
Not the mountain
Where you slain unborn babys
When their scared paled mothers
Do nothing but stare
But into the city
Where the citizens await
For your coming
In delighted flare
Now grizzle me, grizzle me
You can’t scare me, little bear.
Take me, don’t take me
You won’t go anywhere!
